Gladstone City Central Apartment Hotel Official
Balcony family rooms with kitchenette near the marina
About this stay
Gladstone City Central Apartment Hotel Official leans toward families road-tripping through Central Queensland: balcony rooms with kitchenettes, a dining area and soundproofing give a family more room to spread out than a standard hotel room, and breakfast in the room saves an early-morning trip out before a day of driving further north or south. The garden and terrace add outdoor space for kids to burn off energy, while the business area and work desks keep it workable for a parent handling emails between activities on the road. Free on-site parking and luggage storage cover the practical side of arrival, and at 1.8 kilometres from Gladstone Marina, an evening walk to the harbour is realistic without being directly on the waterfront itself.
- Family-sized apartments

Our take
Gladstone City Central Apartment Hotel is a practical four-star aparthotel, and I would recommend it for stays of a few nights. Balcony family rooms with kitchenettes, a garden terrace, daily housekeeping, a laundry service and a business area give more room than a standard hotel room, and parking is free on site. The marina is 1.8 kilometres away and the airport 5 kilometres. A 7.8 rating suggests a solid rather than standout experience.
- ✓Book a family room with balcony if travelling with kids, the kitchenette and dining area make a real difference over a multi-night stay.
- ✓Use the in-room breakfast option on an early driving day rather than waiting on a restaurant to open in the city.
- ✓Ask about the business area and work desk if combining a family stay with a few hours of remote work.
