Our take
Cityville Apartments & Motel is the practical family choice I would make in Rockhampton for its year-round outdoor pool, garden, terrace and barbecue facilities, with family rooms, free WiFi and free on-site private parking. Its 9.1 score is excellent, though it comes from only 182 guests, so I would treat it as promising rather than proven. It is a motel-style property, so look elsewhere for a restaurant or spa.

Why guests love itI would book Cityville Apartments & Motel for a self-contained family stay in Rockhampton. The aparthotel rooms are air-conditioned with private bathrooms, and there are family rooms, a garden, a terrace and barbecue facilities. A year-round outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and free on-site private parking add value. A 9.1 score from only 182 guests is outstanding but rests on a small number of reviews.
