Our take
The Premier Hotel Broadmeadow works best as a practical base for event days near Newcastle Showground and the Entertainment Centre. Family rooms, air-conditioning, a restaurant and a bar cover the basics, and the 7.0 score from 324 guests points to a reliable, unfussy stay. If you want a polished city-centre address or resort-style extras, look elsewhere. For a convenient, functional night close to the venues, I would choose it.
